Business/Process Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Map business processes from initial triggers to final outcomes, identifying dependencies and system interactions.
• Convert complex process knowledge into structured, reusable documentation and maintain a comprehensive company knowledge base.
• Identify and design opportunities for process optimization, simplification, and automation to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented and validated during development.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and knowledge management while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in Business, Process, or Systems Analysis.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to break down complex workflows into logical, actionable steps.
• Experience working at the intersection of business operations, data, and IT systems.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance professional workflows and research.
• Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to uncovering business rules and edge cases.
