Business Systems Analyst – Cloud Commerce & SaaS (Remote in Poland)

Mirantis is seeking a Marketplace Operations Analyst to manage the technical health, listing administration, and operational execution across our cloud digital channels, including AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, and our Direct Webstore. You will play a key role in managing enterprise B2B private offers, streamlining catalog updates, and optimizing system data flows into our ERP.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operational health, listing accuracy, and catalog completeness across the Mirantis Webstore and major cloud marketplaces.
• Manage enterprise B2B Private Offer workflows end-to-end, from initiation and approval to fulfillment and post-sale handoff.
• Coordinate product onboarding, updates, and deprecations, including pricing, SKUs, and license entitlements.
• Maintain a consolidated operational tracker in Jira and drive sprint planning, async standups, and delivery cadences.
• Elicit and document functional requirements, producing clear BRDs, user stories, and process maps for engineering teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or operations within B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure Marketplace management, including listing administration and SaaS metering APIs.
• Proficiency in Jira for agile task tracking and Confluence for technical documentation.
• Experience with BI and data warehousing tools like Looker, Tableau, or Snowflake to build operational dashboards.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to author SOPs and stakeholder reports independently.
• Comfort operating in a fully remote, async-first environment across global time zones.
