Business System Consultant

Roc Technologies is seeking a dedicated Business Systems Consultant to provide expert support for customers utilizing various Business Process Management, workflow, and document management platforms. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in IT or application support who is eager to advance their expertise in enterprise software, process optimization, and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for BPM and document management systems.
• Manage system administration, configuration, and platform upgrades.
• Investigate and resolve complex application and system-related issues.
• Support migration projects through rigorous testing and validation activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data extracts using SQL and Power BI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and software vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support, application support, or technical analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
