Business System Analyst

dotLinkers is seeking a skilled Business System Analyst to join a team delivering critical IT solutions for the financial and public sectors. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, focusing on complex backend systems, data flows, and long-term software stability.

Key responsibilities

• Gathering and analysing complex business and system requirements.
• Translating business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Analysing existing applications, data structures, and system integrations.
• Collaborating closely with developers, testers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Preparing comprehensive documentation, diagrams, and system specifications.
• Supporting development teams by identifying dependencies, risks, and potential technical issues.

Requirements

• Proven commercial experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar technical role.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and IT system architecture.
• Practical experience working with SQL and relational databases.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to map data flows and complex integrations.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish, enabling effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
