Business-System Analyst | AI Products (GenAI)

emagine Polska is looking for a skilled Business-System Analyst to join our team focused on developing innovative AI and GenAI-driven products. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that complex requirements are translated into effective, high-value solutions within the Azure ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborating with stakeholders to capture, define, and validate business requirements for AI-driven applications.
• Translating business needs into detailed Product Backlog items and actionable tasks for the development team.
• Identifying project dependencies, potential blockers, and ensuring the overall quality of requirements.
• Supporting the Product Owner and delivery teams during refinement sessions and participating in estimation processes.
• Validating product features and participating in end-to-end testing to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Business or System Analyst in software development projects.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Polish, enabling effective communication with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous project environments.
• Proven experience in managing requirements within large corporate structures.
• Practical knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
