Business Solutions Intern

O-I is seeking a motivated Business Solutions Intern to play a key role in driving customer experience transformation. You will work within a global organization to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement technology-enabled solutions that enhance business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial, IT, and GBS teams to define business requirements and identify solution opportunities.
• Analyze and map commercial processes to uncover potential for automation and standardization.
• Support the design and implementation of AI-enabled capabilities and automation solutions.
• Collaborate on the deployment and enhancement of CRM platforms and intelligent selling models.
• Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital transformation, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Practical knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Familiarity with Python or other programming languages is considered a plus.
