Business Solutions Analyst

Spreetail is a rapidly growing ecommerce company dedicated to helping brands expand their global market share while optimizing operational costs. We are looking for a highly motivated Business Solutions Analyst to join our team and drive efficient, data-driven solutions for our key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets and generate comprehensive weekly reports to inform business decisions.
• Identify and anticipate potential issues in brand client receipts, shipping, or performance, and implement rapid solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Manage and organize projects to ensure all initiatives are completed in a timely and effective manner.
• Source new reporting methods to increase client engagement and the value of the Spreetail offering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Analytics, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, specifically SQL Server and Power BI.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and fixing operational challenges.
• Experience working within an e-commerce fulfillment environment with 3PL expertise.
