Business Operations Partner

VizX Global is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Operations Partner to serve as a strategic right hand to the business owner. This multifaceted role combines executive support, operations management, project leadership, and team oversight to drive business growth and efficiency in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a primary strategic partner to the business owner, managing communications, priorities, and operational updates.
• Oversee daily business operations by developing and improving SOPs, workflows, and internal systems to ensure peak efficiency.
• Lead projects from planning through execution, establishing clear timelines, milestones, and accountability measures.
• Manage and coach remote team members, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring productivity across various functions.
• Support e-commerce initiatives by coordinating with marketing, fulfillment, and product teams to monitor performance and profitability.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business operations, project management, or executive leadership roles.
• Proven track record of managing remote teams and driving accountability.
• Exceptional communication skills in English with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, or similar systems.
