Business Operations Manager

MonetizeMore is a global pioneer in ad technology, powering monetization for over 150,000 websites and apps. We are seeking a systems-driven Business Operations Manager to transform informal workflows into scalable operational systems and serve as a connective layer across our departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous process improvement by refining, combining, or optimizing SOPs to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage the central project management infrastructure to ensure all tasks and tickets remain visible and actionable.
• Support product release cycles by structuring the operational side of launches to enable team success.
• Act as an operational bridge across business lines to surface blockers and coordinate cross-functional commitments.
• Develop and maintain structured, reliable spreadsheet models and reporting systems to support business initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in business operations, project management, or process-focused roles.
• Strong systems-building mindset with the ability to standardize messy workstreams into repeatable processes.
• High proficiency in data management, including advanced spreadsheet skills and the practical application of AI tools.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments by defining clear ownership and establishing effective workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
