Business Intelligence Analyst

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team and help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the organization in the adoption of advanced BI tools and modern business intelligence concepts.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for BI processes, including design, development, testing, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Guide business and development teams on the proper utilization of reports, dashboards, and automated alerts.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business, data, product, and technology departments.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Administrator Creator in Tableau with 3-5 years of professional practice.
• Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and experience working with Python.
• Demonstrated experience with Big Data environments and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance efficiency and support daily BI development tasks.
