Business Intelligence Analyst

DCG is looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-impact Power BI reports and dashboards that drive corporate decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain accessible Power BI reports, dashboards, and reporting outputs for corporate KPIs.
• Develop robust Power Query transformations, semantic data models, and complex DAX measures.
• Clean, process, and model quantitative and qualitative data from diverse sources, including survey responses.
• Integrate reporting processes with Microsoft 365 tools like SharePoint, Teams, and Power Automate to automate workflows.
• Produce clear technical documentation, data dictionaries, and user guidance materials to support business-as-usual operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience developing Power BI solutions, including data modeling and visualization.
• Strong proficiency in Power Query, DAX, and data quality assurance processes.
• Proven ability to translate complex stakeholder requirements into clear, usable reporting products.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 sources and automating reporting tasks within the Power Platform.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a focus on stakeholder management and technical documentation.
