Business Intelligence Analyst

Duelbits is a crypto-native entertainment platform operating at the intersection of gaming and internet culture. We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and help us derive actionable insights from complex datasets to support our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries to analyze large datasets related to user behavior, transactions, and product performance.
• Perform deep-dive analyses across acquisition, retention, conversion, and monetization funnels to identify trends and risks.
• Build and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards that provide clear visibility into key performance indicators for various departments.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure high data quality and integrity by validating data sources, calculations, and reporting methodologies.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence or data-focused analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and aggregations, and hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4.
• Proven ability to build and maintain dashboards using Tableau or similar BI platforms.
• Quantitative academic background in fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
