Business Intelligence & Analytics Expert

micro1 is seeking a Business Intelligence & Analytics Expert to contribute to an innovative customer project focused on training next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will leverage your domain expertise to shape how models learn and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input based on your experience with analytical workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and provide feedback on data dashboards, analytical reports, and visualizations across various BI platforms.
• Develop, validate, or refine interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Databricks.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot calculation logic, data sources, and metrics to ensure the precision and reliability of analytical outputs.
• Assess the effectiveness of KPI tracking and reporting structures to ensure they provide actionable business insights.
• Document findings and deliver structured feedback to improve data-driven processes and AI-powered analytic workflows.

Requirements

• Professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or data visualization.
• Technical proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, or MySQL.
• Proven track record in building, managing, or validating complex dashboards and analytical workflows.
• Detail-oriented approach to identifying inconsistencies or errors in analytical outputs, calculations, and KPIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to deliver clear and actionable feedback.
