Business Insights Analyst (EU based)

ADDENDUM is a global software development and IT team augmentation firm specializing in the fintech, banking, and telecommunications sectors. We are looking for a Business Insights Analyst to join our team and help clients understand their operations, identify key areas for improvement, and make informed, data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research, interviews, and workshops to gather and define business requirements.
• Analyze complex operational processes and organizational structures to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare clear, professional documentation, reports, and presentations for both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support consultants and project leads by providing structured findings and analytical support.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to the development of innovative solution proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, with a Master’s degree considered a plus.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in analysis, research, or consulting roles.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with the ability to translate information into clear conclusions.
• Confident communication skills and comfort in client-facing environments.
• Solid proficiency in English, ranging from B2 to C1 level.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high attention to detail.
