Business Document Expert (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

micro1 is seeking experienced Business Document Experts to join a specialized project aimed at advancing AI capabilities in professional documentation. In this fully remote role, you will leverage your expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to train next-generation AI systems, ensuring they can handle complex, real-world business tasks with high accuracy and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Design and create realistic business scenarios and tasks based on your professional experience with complex Office deliverables.
• Engage in prompt-driven conversations with language models to challenge them with work representative of Fortune 500 environments.
• Evaluate and compare AI-generated solutions, assessing their quality, accuracy, and overall effectiveness for business needs.
• Develop detailed assessments and provide actionable feedback to guide the ongoing improvement of AI systems.
• Contribute to cross-functional tasks such as financial modeling, executive presentations, and strategic proposals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in business settings such as finance, consulting, tech, or healthcare.
• Extensive proficiency with advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including the creation of complex models and reports.
• Direct experience supporting projects in strategy, operations, sales, marketing, or HR within a corporate context.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to articulate clear feedback and rationale.
