Business Development Specialist

Orderly Network is a leading trading infrastructure provider, combining an orderbook-based engine with a robust liquidity layer for spot and perpetual futures. We empower builders to create seamless trading applications by offering a plug-and-play experience that bridges the gap between centralized exchange performance and decentralized self-custody.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective partners across DeFi, gaming, and infrastructure verticals using data-driven CRM workflows.
• Manage the full partner lifecycle from initial outreach and qualification to activation and long-term growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Operations to execute ecosystem growth initiatives.
• Engage with builders, investors, and infrastructure providers to drive ecosystem adoption and cross-chain composability.
• Oversee grant programs and hackathon participation to attract new developers to the Orderly ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese with the ability to operate seamlessly in professional settings.
• At least 2 years of experience in ecosystem growth, business development, or partnership management within the blockchain or tech sector.
• Internet-native mindset with a strong focus on funnel management, CRM tools, and data-driven relationship tracking.
• Energetic, entrepreneurial, and detail-oriented approach with a bias toward action.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively.
