Business Development Representative

CrowdRiff is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team and help transform the global travel industry through our visual marketing platform. You will work within an agile environment, learning the intricacies of SaaS sales while identifying and qualifying new opportunities to drive growth for our international brand partners.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and prospect outbound leads to create new opportunities for Account Executives.
• Manage top-of-funnel sales activities in close collaboration with our Marketing and Customer Success teams.
• Represent the CrowdRiff brand at online industry trade shows and conferences to educate prospective partners.
• Monitor and report on daily and weekly outbound activities, presenting key wins and losses to the team.
• Utilize sales technologies including Salesforce, Outreach, and Hubspot to manage and track your pipeline effectively.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in top-of-the-funnel inbound and outbound sales.
• A genuine passion for the travel industry and a strong interest in technology.
• Excellent communication skills and a highly organized approach to managing daily tasks.
• Previous experience in a startup, SaaS company, or the tourism sector is considered a significant asset.
