Business Development Manager

The Codest is a software engineering partner that collaborates with international companies to build digital products and business-critical systems. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our commercial growth and manage the full sales cycle for our IT services across the Nordics, DACH, and UK markets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through targeted prospecting, partner relationships, and marketing-generated opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with CTOs, CIOs, and engineering leaders within target accounts.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop proposals with clear scope and commercial terms.
• Own the negotiation process and manage opportunities through to contract signature.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide realistic sales forecasts to leadership.

Requirements

• At least three years of direct B2B sales experience in software development or IT engineering services.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and closing deals personally originated.
• Experience navigating complex buying processes involving multiple international stakeholders.
• Strong commercial understanding of pricing, delivery costs, and contract commitments.
• Technical fluency sufficient to discuss software delivery challenges and collaborate with engineering experts.
