Business Design Lead

Runyon Design is a product design and venture studio seeking a Business Design Lead to drive the analysis of product viability and venture success. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and user experience, helping our partners navigate complex market dynamics to build meaningful, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ideation sessions to concept new experiences, services, and features that differentiate our partners in the market.
• Design profitable business models, brands, and ventures while shaping effective go-to-market strategies.
• Develop financial models to quantify revenue growth and establish success criteria for new products.
• Create market and competitive analyses that provide actionable insights for strategic roadmaps.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure collaborative progress toward key milestones.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a business designer, strategist, or analyst within a consultancy or design studio.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in finance, operations, marketing, and product development.
• Proven ability to build and interpret financial models to assess business impact.
• Experience in successfully launching products as a strategist, product manager, or startup founder.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
