Business Data Migration Expert - Finance

Altimetrik is a digital business enablement company that partners with global organizations to accelerate revenue growth through agile engineering and transformation. We are currently seeking a Business Data Migration Expert for Finance to join our team and ensure the successful delivery of data migration activities within our ERP programs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and oversee data cleansing tasks to ensure they are completed according to project timelines.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business data owners to identify objects in scope and prepare value mappings.
• Provide business insights to technical teams for the extraction and conversion of data from legacy systems.
• Ensure data readiness and verify quality throughout the data journey for assigned finance master data, assets, and GL objects.
• Execute and approve data verification scripts and act as the single point of contact during the defect management process.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
• Over 5 years of experience in global roles with proven SAP project implementation expertise.
• Strong knowledge of finance business processes, including AP, AR, GL, P&L reporting, and WBS.
• Demonstrated experience in data migration projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills combined with advanced Excel proficiency.
