Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans and procedures.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate and lead BCP/DR testing exercises, identifying gaps and recommending actionable improvements.
• Ensure full compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements across all business units.
• Serve as a primary point of contact during actual disruptions or incidents to ensure effective response.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in business continuity, risk management, or disaster recovery.
• Strong understanding of established BCP/DR frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex operational challenges.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant professional certification is considered a significant plus.
