Business Connectivity Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Connectivity Project Manager to lead strategic business integration initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing two key workstreams while coordinating a team of two technical leads. You will ensure successful delivery, remove blockers, align stakeholders, and drive execution across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee two strategic workstreams:

  • EDI Order Accelerator

  • Canonical Warehouse Connection Accelerator

• Coordinate the work of two Technical Leads and monitor delivery progress.

• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and business objectives.

• Identify and remove blockers while supporting the team in decision-making.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define roadmaps and implementation plans.

• Manage project dependencies across multiple teams and initiatives.

• Prepare regular status updates and communicate progress to stakeholders.

• Drive effective collaboration between business and technical teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT, software delivery, or digital transformation projects.

• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams.

• Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and delivery focus.

• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Experience with EDI, APIs, system integrations, or warehouse connectivity is a strong advantage.
