Business Analyst with ServiceMax (f/m/x)

Sii Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team and support key business processes and system improvement initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on the optimization of ServiceMAX, Salesforce, and SAP environments to drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements for Technical Services initiatives with a focus on ServiceMAX.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional system solutions.
• Lead the implementation of the Services Opportunity process within SMAX and Salesforce.
• Investigate and resolve system-related issues while driving continuous process improvements.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, and test scenarios.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in business systems and process improvement projects.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceMAX, Salesforce, and SAP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex processes into functional requirements.
• Proven experience in UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with fluency in English.
