Business Analyst with Japanese

TQLO Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Japanese language skills to join an international project focused on data-driven initiatives. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into functional solutions within the Power BI and Azure ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the analysis of business needs and translating them into structured functional requirements for Power BI solutions.
• Defining expectations for data models, business rules, calculations, and dashboard visualizations.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to challenge assumptions and turn reporting needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Supporting ETL initiatives by defining data mappings, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
• Coordinating requirements across multiple stakeholders to ensure consistency between business objectives and delivered solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Business Analysis, specifically within data, analytics, or BI projects.
• Proven experience acting as a Lead Business Analyst or taking ownership of an analytical workstream.
• Practical knowledge of Power BI, data models, and ETL processes within the Azure ecosystem.
• Strong expertise in spend analysis, classification, and procurement analytics.
• Very good command of English and Japanese, enabling professional communication with international stakeholders.
