Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy agents using Copilot Studio skills to meet specific business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document complex business needs while ensuring clear communication between departments.
• Model business processes and create detailed functional specifications.
• Manage project backlogs, apply prioritization techniques, and ensure requirement traceability.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Proven proficiency in Copilot Studio and its application in business environments.
• Strong expertise in requirements management using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with the ALM (IBM) suite, including RNG, EWM, and ETM.
• Excellent redactional skills with the ability to write comprehensive and clear specifications.
