DataArt is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a project for a global entertainment company, focusing on the development and maintenance of an enterprise-grade Airtable ecosystem. You will play a key role in optimizing business processes, structuring complex data, and designing efficient workflows to support high-volume operations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and structure data in Airtable to support business needs and decision-making.
- Build and maintain Airtable databases, relational structures, formulas, and reports.
- Create and maintain automations and workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective, scalable data solutions.
- Document data structures, workflows, and processes to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience as a Business Analyst with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Airtable.
- Practical knowledge of Airtable databases, relational structures, and automation features.
- Solid data analysis and management skills, with experience handling complex datasets.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage tasks independently from planning to delivery.
