Business Analyst Senior (Insurance Domain)

Key responsibilities

• Organizing business analysis processes from the very beginning of new projects.
• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting comprehensive business and technical requirements.
• Designing intuitive user interfaces while applying strong UX competencies.
• Communicating directly with customers to present and justify technical decisions.
• Utilizing modeling standards such as UML and BPMN to visualize business processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a business analyst.
• Proven track record of working within the Insurance domain.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted tools in a practical setting.
• Solid knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English for professional communication.
