Business Analyst / QA Test Engineer (German Speaking)

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong QA and testing expertise to join a long-term project within the banking sector. This role focuses on bridging the gap between business stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions in a modern, fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, testable specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test strategies, including functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate microfrontend applications and backend services built with Java, Spring Boot, and Kotlin.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and support DevTestOps practices.

Requirements

• Fluent German language skills are mandatory, alongside strong English communication.
• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst and QA Engineer in modern software environments.
• Proven expertise in testing microfrontends (React/TypeScript) and backend APIs (REST/Kafka).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD environments, containerized platforms, and test automation tools like Playwright or Cucumber.
• Practical experience working within Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
