Business Analyst (Professional)

Join a global Talent, Learning & Culture product team focused on delivering innovative People & Culture technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with Product Delivery Leads, helping translate business needs into effective solutions while ensuring alignment with SRA, Compliance, and Quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Delivery Leads and business stakeholders within the Talent, Learning & Culture domain.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements across People & Culture technology initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and business improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product or project environment.
• Strong experience in business analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to investigate business needs and recommend strategic improvements.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with HR/People & Culture technologies is considered an advantage.
