Business Analyst

Andersen is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a project focused on integrating a multi-asset crypto wallet into a global financial trading platform. You will play a key role in enabling secure cryptocurrency and fiat transactions for users within a regulated digital trading ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Leading business and functional analysis for digital asset initiatives, specifically focusing on retail crypto wallet features like deposits, withdrawals, and custody integrations.
• Producing detailed Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex transaction lifecycles.
• Mapping transaction flows, including edge cases and failure modes, and documenting integration specifications for custody providers and payment processors.
• Translating compliance requirements, such as AML/KYT and MiCA, into functional specifications while collaborating with Legal and Engineering teams.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation in Jira and Confluence to ensure high standards of project delivery.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in writing functional specifications for technical products and API integrations.
• At least 2 years of professional experience working with crypto, digital assets, or blockchain-based products.
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including major networks, stablecoins, and transaction confirmation models.
• Technical fluency with the ability to interpret API documentation, webhooks, and asynchronous processing.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to perform data mapping and process modeling in complex enterprise environments.
