Business Analyst

Avenga is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on investigating business needs, defining requirements, and managing stakeholder relationships. You will play a key role in proposing strategic improvements, facilitating business change, and ensuring that organizational solutions meet high standards and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and document complex business needs to define clear project requirements.
• Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders to align project goals and secure necessary sign-offs.
• Propose and implement strategic business improvements and process optimizations.
• Support project management and testing functions to ensure high-quality delivery of solutions.
• Facilitate organizational transitions and manage change effectively within a virtual environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the People & Culture domain.
• Strong familiarity with Workday modules, with a specific focus on Time and Absence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of driving decisions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fully remote setting.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills, complemented by fluency in English.
