Business Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and understand our platform, customer business needs, and system usage patterns.
• Map client data fields to internal application structures and prepare comprehensive integration requirements.
• Perform user-acceptance testing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot mapping and data creation issues across production and test environments.
• Maintain project documentation and artifacts to ensure they remain accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years specifically in business analysis.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and core BA tools like user stories and traceability.
• Proficiency in working with databases, SQL, and Oracle.
• Familiarity with AI and generative AI tools to enhance business analysis workflows.
