Business Analyst

Anitech Solutions is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between complex business needs and technical implementation. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that project goals are met through precise requirement gathering and effective stakeholder management within a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create detailed user stories, process flows, and comprehensive business cases.
• Support development and QA teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate workflow diagrams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process modelling.
• Technical proficiency with the ability to manipulate data using Python and understand project architecture.
• Proven track record in leading and facilitating Scrum teams within Agile environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Prior professional experience in the EdTech domain, such as e-learning platforms or LMS, is mandatory.
• Relevant degree in business, finance, computer science, or IT, supported by IIBA or PMI certifications.
