Business Analyst

Optiveum is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a large-scale digital transformation project within the international public, defense, or government administration sector. You will play a pivotal role in shaping complex systems, focusing on data migration, workflow management, and knowledge management within a global stakeholder environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business and functional requirements for a large-scale digital platform.
• Collaborate with domain experts and global stakeholders to ensure strategic project alignment.
• Design and document comprehensive business processes and system functionalities.
• Support the development of systems for terminology management, advanced search, and enterprise data integration.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformational projects.
• Proven track record in the public administration, military, defense, or international organization sectors.
• Strong expertise in BPMN, workflow systems, and complex data migration processes including data mapping and discovery.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and proficiency in Agile methodologies such as User Stories and Backlog Management.
• Solid understanding of system integrations, including REST API, OAuth, OIDC, and SSO.
• Fluent English (C1 level) is mandatory; knowledge of semantic technologies or knowledge management is a significant advantage.
