Business Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and project requirements from key internal and external stakeholders.
• Build, maintain, and automate interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to track key business metrics and project progress.
• Utilize advanced Excel capabilities, including VBA and macros, to streamline data processing, financial modeling, and reporting workflows.
• Manage project schedules, resource tracking, and baseline monitoring within MS Project.
• Prepare comprehensive project status reports and executive summaries for management and project leads.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data visualization, DAX, and report building.
• Expert-level Excel skills, including VBA scripting, macro automation, complex formulas, and data modeling.
• Practical knowledge of MS Project for schedule tracking and project reporting.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, project life cycles, and reporting frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
