Business Analyst

Productiv Team is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic organization and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with leadership, product teams, and engineering to translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable requirements that drive measurable outcomes across our enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews and discovery workshops to identify business objectives, pain points, and process constraints.
• Elicit, document, and validate requirements including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria using industry-standard tools.
• Create detailed process maps, data-flow diagrams, and perform comprehensive gap and impact analysis.
• Partner with product owners and engineering to refine backlogs and support evidence-based decision-making through data analysis.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and perform manual testing to ensure delivered solutions meet all approved requirements.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional role supporting enterprise-level applications.
• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, stakeholder facilitation, and process modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and diagramming tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL for data validation and analytical tasks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build alignment across diverse technical and business teams.
