Business Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Conducting meetings, interviews, and workshops with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translating business needs into clear project and functional documentation, including use cases.
• Designing solutions tailored to client goals while mapping and optimizing business processes.
• Supporting the Project Manager and development team by clarifying business doubts and ensuring backlog consistency.
• Creating test scenarios and participating in User Acceptance Testing to verify that software meets business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business or System Analyst in the IT industry.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to create comprehensive documentation based on User Stories.
• Experience with web or mobile applications and a basic understanding of system architecture.
• Excellent communication skills and an inquisitive mindset for engaging with stakeholders.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English at a C1 level or higher.
