Business Analyst

Mindbox is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a dynamic team, focusing on driving reporting excellence and supporting effective decision-making across portfolio initiatives. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity and enhancing delivery plans for our client's change portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Produce professional executive-level reporting for change portfolios to support senior governance forums.
• Collaborate with value streams to enhance the integrity and accuracy of delivery plans.
• Maintain a single source of truth for portfolio prioritization, decision-making, and escalation processes.
• Engage with global and market leadership to resolve challenges and deliver timely insights.
• Drive the agenda for MI automation and process simplification.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proven experience in relationship management and building effective networks across business areas.
• Outstanding planning skills with the ability to manage multiple large-scale responsibilities simultaneously.
• Experience working with large, structured data sets to generate high-credibility reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with change management practices, including Agile methodologies.
