Business Analyst

Sword is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that project objectives are met through rigorous analysis and clear documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate business context, drivers, and expected outcomes to design effective solutions.
• Elicit, validate, and document comprehensive business requirements and functional specifications.
• Analyze and model business processes to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
• Support backlog preparation, requirements traceability, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and assist the project manager with reporting and KPI monitoring.

Requirements

• Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document complex business needs and functional requirements.
• Experience in supporting stakeholder consultation and the validation of proposed business solutions.
• Strong skills in assessing business processes, identifying gaps, and performing impact and risk analysis.
• Ability to produce clear business analysis artifacts to support decision-making and delivery planning.
