Business Analyst

Andersen is seeking a Business Analyst to join a project focused on developing an end-to-end digital lending process for a major financial institution. You will play a key role in designing seamless customer experiences and integrating modern digital solutions with core banking systems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing current lending processes and designing target end-to-end workflows.
• Gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders including product, risk, and IT teams.
• Defining customer and internal user journeys while documenting business rules and exception paths.
• Preparing user stories, process models, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Performing end-to-end defect analysis and supporting system integration testing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector.
• Practical knowledge of lending products such as cash loans, personal loans, or mortgages.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end lending lifecycle and core banking system interactions.
• Experience with customer-facing digital applications and backend API integrations.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
