Business Analyst (middle/senior)

WhiteTech empowers businesses in the financial ecosystem with cutting-edge white-label and SAAS solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our fully remote team and help drive innovation across our fintech product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis for diverse fintech projects and initiatives.
• Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies for benchmarking.
• Collect and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and focus groups.
• Develop detailed use cases, user stories, and documentation for product features.
• Create technical documentation, integration manuals, and training materials for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or Finance.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
• Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Google tools.
• Experience with SQL and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and basic UI/UX design principles.
