Business Analyst (m/f/x)

Shimi Sp. z o.o. is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, and support solution design for PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage complex business requirements through discovery sessions and workshops.
• Develop functional specifications, business process flows, and user stories to guide development teams.
• Perform impact analysis and ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop test scenarios and provide comprehensive support for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage defect triage and validate resolutions while supporting deployment planning and change management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst specifically supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM modules.
• Hands-on expertise in Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Operations, and Manufacturing modules.
• Strong understanding of technical integrations, including APIs, web services, middleware platforms, and data interfaces.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with English proficiency at a B2–C1 level.
