Business Analyst (KYC / AML - Financial Services) - REMOTE (Warsaw, PL, 00-839)

Vistra is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our Operations Technology team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, helping to drive progress and efficiency within our Fund Services department through agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements while translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design feasible technical solutions, including data models and workflow diagrams.
• Lead and participate in agile ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and track project progress.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet business goals.
• Serve as a primary liaison between business users and technical teams, providing training and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Fund Admin, TA, or Investor Services space.
• Proven experience with AML/KYC application migrations and agile delivery environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create detailed documentation such as BRDs and user stories.
