Business Analyst (FinTech / DLT)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our client’s Innovation team, a leading financial market infrastructure provider, to help shape digital asset solutions at the intersection of finance and DLT.

Key responsibilities

• Acting as the primary interface between business stakeholders, the Product Owner, and the IT team.
• Leading the analysis of functional and non-functional requirements and translating them into structured documentation.
• Organizing pre-refinements with Solution Architects and leading refinements with the Scrum team.
• Clarifying Product Backlog Items and assisting the Product Owner in maintaining a healthy backlog.
• Writing and reviewing test cases to ensure solutions align with real business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis within the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and the bond primary issuance process.
• Solid Agile Scrum expertise, including backlog refinement and PBI management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• English proficiency at C1 level and Polish at B2 level.
