Business Analyst (E-Invoicing)

INFOPLUS TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and support the implementation of a centralized, automated e-invoicing solution. You will play a critical role in defining future-state processes and ensuring compliance with complex regulatory standards across various European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document comprehensive business, functional, tax, and compliance requirements.
• Assess current invoice-receiving, validation, and archiving processes to define optimized future-state workflows.
• Coordinate effectively with Finance, Tax, Accounts Payable, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare detailed process flows, user stories, functional specifications, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Support the full project lifecycle, including solution design, testing, defect resolution, and business readiness.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Finance, Tax, or Accounts Payable transformation.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, VAT, and financial processes, with knowledge of German B2B e-invoicing regulations like XRechnung and ZUGFeRD.
• Proven experience working with SAP, ERP, or specialized invoice management and tax technology solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with multi-country European implementations and emerging EU ViDA regulations.
