Business Analyst – Corporate Actions (Broadridge)

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a team focused on Corporate Actions and securities post-trade processing. You will collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to define requirements and improve system capabilities within complex Corporate Actions platforms, specifically leveraging Broadridge applications.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and document end-to-end Corporate Actions processes, including event capture, validation, entitlement calculations, and distribution.
• Gather and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze data mappings, interfaces, and SWIFT Corporate Action message flows.
• Define business rules, reconciliation controls, and exception-handling processes.
• Support system and user acceptance testing through scenario creation and defect analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets, securities services, or asset servicing environments.
• Strong expertise in the Corporate Actions lifecycle, including mandatory and voluntary events.
• Hands-on experience with Broadridge solutions for securities processing.
• Solid understanding of SWIFT ISO 15022 messaging standards.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technical requirements.
