Business Analyst (BI/SQL)

DevsData LLC is seeking a skilled Business Analyst (BI/SQL) to join an international pharmaceutical company. You will play a key role in a people analytics program, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation by managing data flows from source systems into an Oracle data warehouse and analytics platforms like Visier, Power BI, and Qlik Sense.

Key responsibilities

• Translate user requirements into technical design documents covering ETL flows, data models, and business logic.
• Implement and maintain solutions in Visier, including data ingestion and semantic layer configuration.
• Write complex SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and support the implementation process.
• Review Power BI and Qlik Sense dashboards to ensure accuracy and end-to-end data traceability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BI, data, or analytics environments.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Qlik Sense, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency with IBM DataStage, Oracle Database, or Azure Databricks.
• Advanced English communication skills and strong technical documentation abilities.
