Business Analyst (Biomedical experience/ Pharma/ Healthcare)

Link Group is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with specialized experience in the pharmaceutical, BioPharma, or healthcare sectors to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our projects deliver high value within the R&D environment.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions.
• Partner with Product Owners and development teams to manage product backlogs, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria in Agile setups.
• Map end-to-end business workflows to identify automation opportunities and process efficiencies.
• Facilitate alignment between business teams and technical delivery squads through clear, transparent communication.
• Support User Acceptance Testing by defining test scenarios and ensuring deliverables meet business expectations.

Requirements

• Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English at a C1 level or higher.
• Experience within the Pharmaceutical or BioPharma sector, particularly in R&D environments.
