Business Analyst - Murex

VISTULO is seeking experienced Business Analysts with deep, hands-on Murex expertise to join a high-performance team supporting a top North American bank. You will take full ownership of end-to-end product delivery, working directly with business stakeholders and engineering teams to shape requirements and drive solutions in the capital markets domain.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and drive requirements directly with business stakeholders, advising on technical feasibility.
• Manage the product backlog, translate requirements into Jira tickets, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Apply deep domain knowledge in Murex, payments, FX, or money markets to ground requirements in technical reality.
• Execute acceptance testing and define test strategies, including the use of MXtest and automation.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to review technical approaches and resolve complex integration or configuration challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Owner.
• Proven hands-on Murex experience in testing, integration, or technical configuration.
• Strong domain expertise in areas such as Payments, FX trade lifecycles, or risk management.
• Ability to work independently with a bias for action and a strong execution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a 5-6 hour overlap with US Eastern business hours.
• Residency in Poland with legal authorization to work.
