Business Analyst - Internal Panels & Tools

RTB House is a global leader in performance demand-side platforms, utilizing proprietary Deep Learning AI to drive innovation in the AdTech industry. We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our HQ Technical Support Team, where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the internal panels and tools that empower our business operations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the evolution and functional logic of internal systems used daily by global business teams.
• Analyze current tools, interfaces, and data trends to identify development needs and operational bottlenecks.
• Translate internal business requests into clear, structured technical specifications for development teams.
• Evaluate feature suggestions from international colleagues, assessing their business value and implementation feasibility.
• Validate new system functionalities and interface changes from a user perspective before global rollout.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Polish for precise technical communication and global collaboration.
• Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to design logical flows and system requirements independently.
• High level of independence, proactivity, and assertiveness to maintain system consistency.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with UX researchers, product developers, and IT teams.
